Ok, it's weigh in time. I lost 2 pounds :D No pics this week, I've decided to take them for you the first Friday of the month. So I'll take one next week.
I have to be honest. I haven't been digging working out the last couple of days. But I made myself go, even if it was just for 20 minutes. Normally my routine, including stretching, takes over 35. And I need to remember to bring a water bottle. Nothing makes me not want to work out like being thirsty does.
Who else has started to change their physical self? I'd love to hear your story - why you started, how you've changed your meals, when you get your workouts in, etc.
