Transformation Tuesday

This week begins a new challenge.  While I am still trying to watch what I eat and count calories, this week I need to begin exercising.  It makes me tired just to write the word, but I know it needs to be done if I want to continue to make progress.  So, I will set small goals and build up a little each week.  This week my goal will be to walk for 20 minutes per day, or the equivalent, for a total of 140 minutes this week.  It sounds easy, but I have a feeling it will be harder than I think.  Does anyone want to take a virtual walk with me?
